Short Bio

I work primarily in Oil, Acrylic for murals and mixed media. Utilizing the artistic process and subject matter as a means of recovery. I am especially grateful for nature and its endless supply of awe and inspiration. Art is a way I experience each moment while practicing healthier patterns and using tools to interact with the world and myself with more kindness and compassion.
